During the registration process, you will need to create credentials for an Authorized User who will manage the institution's account. It is essential to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account details up to date. Please note that we retain the right to disable or suspend your account at our discretion for any reason.
Patients who are registered in any medical institution using our service will need to activate their account and create credentials on the Patient Portal or Mobile application. We emphasize the significance of providing accurate and complete information during the registration process at your medical institution to have a smooth experience when using our service.
By submitting any content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and sublicense such content on or through our Service to power our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, protect you from fraud and other security issues, comply with regulations, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
In compliance with regulations, we retain your personal data and user material. You may request that your account and related data be deleted, subject to any legal data retention obligations.
